Trip Rescheduling
- In any case the changes in dates or the rescheduling of the trip once it is booked at your name is not possible.
- If so is to be done, the cost has to be borne by client.
Trip Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be informed at_______________________________
- Cancellation charges shall be imposed as follows:
- Cancellation upon registering: 50% deduction from total amount i.e. 18,500/- would be subtracted.
- Less than 15 days before the departure date: NO REFUND
- Any cancellation after starting the trip: NO REFUND
- No adjustments of any kind shall be entertained.
Refund of Payment
- The amount would be reimbursed according to cancellation policy in 15 working days.

- Air Ticket: Kathmandu toLuklato Katmandu with domestic airport tax.
- All ground transportation i.e. to and fro from treak's starting and end point.
- All official taxes and service charges.
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinneras offered by Lodge/Hoteland twin sharing accommodation throughout the trek en-route.
- First Aid Box for Nepali support squads.
- Hotel accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu on twin sharing basis including Breakfast.
- Pick up and drop from Airport to Hotel and vice-versa.
- Trekking Permit (TIMS) and SagarmathaNational Park entry fees.

- Additional snacks/ eatables.
- Additional stay as a result of flight postponement etc.
- Airfare: to and from native country.
- Any kind of personal transportation apart from above programs.
- Drinks except for tea and coffee.
Drinks: We don't include drinking water/boiled water on the trek which you can buy a number of places.
- International airport departure taxes.
- Nepal entry, re-entry visa fees.
- Personal concierge to carry Backpack throughout trek.
- Sleeping bag. You can hire it in Katmandu for Rs.100/- per day.
Travel Insurance
- Unexpected cost because of flight cancellation, climatic circumstances etc.
